What a crock of sh**. I guess I got what I paid for.
I can't believe I waited all day to get tuned on a dyno that doesn't dyno to any known "scale" (SAE or STD). Here are the highlights of my trip. . .
1. They ran out of color ink. . .so no graph. . .but I'll call them next week to get one printed out and mailed to me.
2. I printed out the data sections, and on my 3rd run, I hit 185 hp/138 ft-lbs of torque. . . then I saw that my BTC was turned up still. . . OOPS.
3. My 4th (and final run) run with the BTC turned all the way down, I ran 197 hp/149 ft-lbs of torque. This is with ~2.5 gallons of VP 103 octane gas mixed in with my fuel.
4. The dyno operator says that this dyno usually shows 20-30 hp less than actual. . . but I take that news with a grain of salt.
5. Air/fuel ratios were taken with a taipipe sniffer. 11.7 at redline. I have all the data, if anyone is interested.
6. My friend dyno'd right before me. . . and for comparison purposes, here's some of his data.
95 Eclipse GST with full 2.5" exhaust, boost controller, test pipe, 2.5" downpipe, K&N intake, wires, iridium plugs. . . 175 hp/250 ft-lbs torque.

ouch!
I hope you didn't pay very much.
Sorry for the bad experience...

Was it a Mustang Dyno? Everyone says they show lower power readings than chassis dyno's.

Sorry to hear about the trip, especially since you went twice.
Was it a Dynojet? They didn't give any explanation about "showing lower results"?
Those numbers seem awfully low, especially with race fuel...weren't you doing better at 6psi?
You said you did 4 runs - is that all they could get in during the hour or something? Sounds like you were headed in the right direction, maybe if you could have tuned a little more....
If you were really at 11.7 on a tailpipe sniffer, that's pretty rich. I think a tailpipe sniffer will read leaner than taking the air/fuel before the cat, which is a truer reading, so you may be a little richer than that. Do you know what kind of fuel pressures and rise rates you were running? Might be worth a trip to Miramar Road, but their A/F is a Motec so you need an extra bunge to plug into. I had one added to the front of my cat before the catalyst material.
Good luck, there's better results in there.

Thanks for the sentiments, guys. I paid $60 for 3 runs. I made all 3 runs before I noticed that I had my BTC turned up. They gave me my 4th run for free.
I realize that the results are low, but without tooting my own horn, I can only say that their dyno is WHACK! That's why I can only use their numbers for comparison purposes.
Yes, I was making more power at 6 psi. But that was taken on an STD scale. . .still not comparable to the dyno that I went on today. No, it wasn't a dynojet.
I actually had the A/F ratio at 12.5 when I FIRST started tuning. . .but the dyno operator insisted that I needed MORE fuel. He kept telling me I'd blow my engine. I knew he didn't know what he was talking about. . .b/c I've done enough research from this board to know that I could have tuned closer to "the edge."
Today's results were a little disheartening. . .but I'm confident enough with the performance of my car that I will take it to a reputable dyno (one with an SAE scale) for one last session.
My friend graphed out all the data from our trip. I've got graphs for hp vs. rpm, torque vs. rpm, and comparison between my car and my friend's GST. I'm not even going to go back for the dyno graphs, b/c these are good enough.

I'm not too sure. I'll try to call and find out. All I know is that there were 2 separate rollers for the wheels, and the computer program that took data, displayed teh data in 250 rpm increments.

Unfortunately, no. When I called them up, they said that the dyno was a Dynojet. I'm calling them back again today to see if I can get more info on why they think the dyno measures ~20-30hp too low.

Oh. . . I thought I'd add a couple more bits of info.
1. I am using Jim's 9 psi stepper pulley. According to the dyno's measurements, I was reading 9 psi of boost, but when I advanced my timing all the way (turned down the BTC), I read 10 psi of boost.
2. I took videos of the whole thing. . . but wouldn't you know it, my friend set his digital camera on the wrong setting! Now all I have are pictures. . . DOH!!!!
3. During the dyno runs, I could see a little bit of smoke/gas/vapor coming out of the crankcase breather through the little filter that I have on there. But this is normal, right?
